St. Louis Area Regional Commission on Homelessness

The St. Louis Area Regional Commission on Homelessness (SLARCH) is a collaborative effort of nonprofits, governments, and other sectors from nine regional counties including St. Louis City and County, Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois and St. Charles, Lincoln, Jefferson and Franklin counties in Missouri.  Together representatives from these communities work to address issues related to homelessness and poverty in the region.
