Effective 9/15/21 - St. Louis County Department of Human Services, Homeless Services Program is requesting proposals for Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Transitional Housing, Supportive Services Only (‘SSO’) and Homeless Management Information Systems (‘HMIS’), Joint Transition Housing-Rapid-Rehousing, and Planning Grant services for St. Louis County.
The CoC encourages organizations that have not previously received Continuum of Care Program Funding to apply for funds under this solicitation.
St. Louis Area Regional Commission on Homelessness
The St. Louis Area Regional Commission on Homelessness (SLARCH) is a collaborative effort of nonprofits, governments, and other sectors from nine regional counties including St. Louis City and County, Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois and St. Charles, Lincoln, Jefferson and Franklin counties in Missouri. Together representatives from these communities work to address issues related to homelessness and poverty in the region.
The Continuum of Care Competition (FY 2019 and 2020)
In Saint Louis County, Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funds are used to support Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing and Coordinated Entry for Youth. The goal of projects receiving CoC funds is to assist individuals and families with obtaining and sustaining permanent housing as quickly as possible.
